I am an experienced psychologist here to help navigate life’s challenges with empathy and understanding. I have experience working with young and adult clients learn new skills, cope with life challenges, improve their mental health and relationship with money. I am also a trained parenting coordinator. I prioritize creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable and supported.

I use EMDR, emotion focused therapy & CBT to heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, heal money story. I use evidence-based strategies to help client’s health from trauma, improve relationship with money and improve mental health.  I use a collaborative approach when helping parents with the coordination of their children and aim for respect and improved communication through a trauma informed lens.  I am also well versed in domestic violence.

I have been working in the mental health industry for over 14 years through teaching and counselling. I aim to meet my clients where they are at and focus on working together to facilitate healing. I continue to remain up-to-date by continuous professional development . I seek regular feedback from my clients to review progress and ensure best outcomes.
